COMMUNITY IMPACT
Philanthropy sits at the heart of Yaran’s vision, deeply rooted in the personal values of its founder, Faryar Gorjy.
Guided by a belief that success carries a responsibility to give back, Faryar has built Yaran on the principle of creating value and sharing value, using business as a vehicle to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
This commitment to generosity and community impact is not an afterthought; it is central to how Yaran defines success.
YARAN BALI
Yaran Bali Indonesia was born out of Yaran’s long-standing mission: to be a blessing to others through housing that is affordable, fit-for-purpose, and environmentally conscious.
The move into Bali was driven by responsibility rather than opportunity. Many people come to Bali to live, retire, or invest, yet too often encounter developments that are poorly planned or poorly built. Yaran Bali was formed to take a different approach to do things properly from the outset.
This means being deliberate about where we build, ensuring sites are suitable, accessible, and safe, and making sure what is designed is built as intended. Our responsibility is first to our buyers, providing homes they can rely on with confidence and peace of mind.
Beyond this, Yaran Bali exists to serve a wider purpose. Any profits generated are directed toward charitable work in Bali such as Yaran’s own Yayasan Yaran Belarasa, allowing each project to benefit not only those who live in the homes, but others as well.
Our aim is simple: to be a blessing to our buyers, and to extend that blessing beyond
the homes we build.
